We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or if products become unavailable.

All payments are securely processed via Shopify’s payment gateway and supported providers. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
