OUR GENERAL POLICY

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, unopened condition along with all packaging.

Email customer service and let us know what you didn’t like about the candle! We’re always looking for constructive feedback, and Duke or Kakes will be happy to help you initiate a return within 30 days of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping (case by case), and cost of shipping will be deducted from final refund. If you exchange using store credit, return shipping is free of charge.

Your refund will be issued or exchange item shipped within 10 days of receiving your refunded item.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted a refund or exchange will not be granted.

Items that appear used damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
